Oasis Wellness & Spa by Natura Bissé
Access to Oasis Wellness & Spa by Natura Bissé is reserved exclusively for guests ages 18 and older.
Before the visit
Arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled reservation time is recommended, allowing for a relaxed check-in and a seamless start to the experience.
Only swimwear is required. All other essentials are included: towels, a bathrobe, flip-flops, personal care products, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer.
Private lockers with individual access codes are available for all guests. Personal belongings should be stored in the locker provided throughout the visit.
During the experience
Swimwear is mandatory throughout all facilities. The different areas of the spa circuit may be accessed freely and experienced at each guest’s preferred pace.
When a massage or ritual has been reserved, the spa team will accompany the guest and indicate when the treatment is due to begin.
To preserve the calm and serene atmosphere that defines the space, guests are kindly requested to speak softly and respect the privacy of others.
During pregnancy
Due to the specific nature of the treatments and facilities, rituals, treatments, and access to the spa circuit are not currently available during pregnancy. Prenatal services are also not available at this time.
Oasis Wellness & Spa by Natura Bissé appreciates the understanding of its guests and looks forward to welcoming them after their pregnancy.
To ensure optimal care, it is recommended to reserve the spa circuit and treatments in advance. Likewise, it is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the time of the appointment to check-in with peace of mind and start the experience from the first moment.
Prior booking
If you cannot attend the appointment, you must notify it at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the amount of the treatment reserved will be fully charged.
In case of late arrival, the duration of the treatment may not be prolonged, since this could affect subsequent reservations.
