Ice Cabin
The ice cabin offers a cold experience that brings a revitalizing contrast to the thermal circuit, helps the body recover, and culminates in a pleasant sense of freshness after time spent in the heated areas. Brief exposure to cold causes a temporary vascular response and may help ease the perception of fatigue and muscular tension, particularly when experienced as part of a thermal contrast circuit.

A 90-minute spa circuit in Barcelona combining a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room, salt cabin, and ice cabin. The journey is conceived to encourage relaxation, ease the sensation of muscular tension, and stimulate the senses through the contrast of water, heat, and cold.
The different spaces may be experienced at an individual pace, alternating moments of heat, water, and freshness to create a sense of relaxation, balance, and renewal.
The experience, beyond the circuit
The wellness journey may be complemented by a selection of Natura Bissé facial and body treatments, massages, and rituals available at Oasis Wellness & Spa.
Useful information for a visit
Arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled reservation time is recommended, allowing for a relaxed check-in and a seamless start to the experience. Only swimwear is required. All other essentials are included: towels, a bathrobe, flip-flops, personal care products, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Private lockers with individual access codes are available for all guests. Personal belongings should be stored in the locker provided throughout the visit.
Swimwear is mandatory throughout all facilities. The different areas of the spa circuit may be accessed freely and experienced at each guest’s preferred pace. When a massage or ritual has been reserved, the spa team will accompany the guest and indicate when the treatment is due to begin. To preserve the calm and serene atmosphere that defines the space, guests are kindly requested to speak softly and respect the privacy of others.
Due to the specific nature of the treatments and facilities, rituals, treatments, and access to the spa circuit are not currently available during pregnancy. Prenatal services are also not available at this time.
Access to Oasis Wellness & Spa by Natura Bissé is reserved exclusively for guests ages 18 and older.
